Where we ship

We currently ship within Pakistan only.

Delivery times

• Estimated 4 to 6 working days, may take longer during the sale period or during holidays

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order is dispatched, not when it is placed. Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free delivery conditions, where offered, are displayed on the website and may change at any time.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Use this to follow your delivery through the courier's tracking portal.

Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@bionesthealth.com, and we will investigate with the courier.

Incorrect address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at checkout. BIONEST is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 days of the marked delivery date. We will raise a query with the courier and work to resolve it.
