TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing bionesthealth.com or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Us
BIONEST Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2017 of Pakistan. We operate bionesthealth.com and sell skincare products in compliance with DRAP cosmetics regulations.
2. Who Can Use This Website
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or using it with parental consent), have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract under Pakistani law, and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices may change without notice. The price at checkout is the price that applies to your order. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in packaging appearance do not constitute a defect.
Promotional pricing is time-limited and only guaranteed once your order is confirmed by email.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an item in your cart is not an order. An order is placed when you complete checkout. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order where: the product is out of stock, a pricing error is identified, payment cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud. If payment was received, a full refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
5. Payment
We accept: Cash on Delivery (COD), JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (IBFT), and credit/debit card, where available. All transactions are in PKR. We do not store card details on our servers.
6. Delivery
We ship within Pakistan only. Delivery timelines are estimates given at checkout when you place your order. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns and Refunds
Governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Product Use
BIONEST products are cosmetics regulated under DRAP. They are not medicines or medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. Patch-test before full use. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or under dermatological care, consult your doctor before use. For external use only. Keep out of reach of children.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the BIONEST name, logo, copy, photography, and design, is the property of BIONEST Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without our written permission.
10. User Content
By submitting reviews, photos, or any content to us, you grant BIONEST Healthcare (Pvt.) Ltd., a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You confirm you own the content and that it is truthful.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: submit false orders or fraudulent payment information, abuse our return process, resell our products commercially without consent, post fake reviews, or use our brand assets without permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved first through informal contact at hello@bionesthealth.com.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (Sindh) or other applicable consumer protection law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance. Check this page periodically.
